Whether you're managing difficult emotions or navigating a significant life change, I am dedicated to helping you find balance, clarity, and the tools to thrive. My goal is to foster self-awareness, improve coping strategies, and enhance overall well-being in a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment. Since you are the subject matter expert in your own life, I will be curious to understand the concern from your perspective.

Together, we will explore patterns that have kept you stuck and work towards finding actions that align with your values. Understanding the “why” or protective factors behind behaviors and urges, can help to create a non-judgmental space to decide if those behaviors are ones you want to continue or change.

Utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients understand and organize their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to help guide toward effective strategies for managing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and changing family dynamics.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and have over a decade of experience as an in-home family therapist, a school-based mental health clinician, and a social work care coordinator in a medical setting. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I approach therapy with a strength-based, person in their environment perspective.
