About Me
Sherry Inskeep, MBA, LISW-S

One of the great things about being a master's level social worker is that I have had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, making a positive impact by working directly with people one-on-one or, on a larger scale by directing social service programs. I have over 20 years of experience working as a helping professional.
During my career, I have provided direct services to children and families, including children living in residential treatment due to unsafe behaviors, and children living in foster care. I have directed a number of residential and partial-hospitalization programs that serve at-risk youth. I went on to work in a private practice setting providing counseling services to individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents.

I spent several years directing case management and counseling services for people living with HIV and the LGBTQ community. During this time I implemented and directed a syringe access program for people that inject drugs, also providing direct services that included brief counseling interventions and linkages to substance abuse treatment and medical care. This experience ignited a passion for serving people in active addiction and recovery. I went on to direct a substance abuse program serving addicted women and their children.

In September 2019 I graduated with my master's in business administration and am now combining my years of experience as a social worker and my MBA to start my own business, Creating Connections Counseling Center LLC. I look forward to bringing high-quality services to Delaware County residents in a welcoming and safe space.
